Shoreland Etc Fest (private solo and ensemble)

What to know:

  • Forms due IN HAND by February 15th.
  • Performance times will be scheduled between 9 AM and 3:00 PM.  Special time requests will be considered but must be made when registering.
  • Students in grade school and high school are eligible to participate.  Solos and ensembles may be performed using piano, vocal, strings, or other instruments.  Music performed is at student’s discretion but should be appropriate for the student’s level of development.
  • Participants should perform from original pieces of music, not photocopies.
  • Judge’s music MUST be ORIGINAL and NOT photocopied.  In pencil, number the measures in the judge’s music.
  • It is suggested, but not required, that performers have an accompanist.  You must arrange for your own accompanist as these are not provided by Shoreland.
  • Recorded accompaniments are permitted. You must bring the player/speakers for the event.
  • For all ages, instruments and voice (they even have something for art, if you would like, I believe)
  • Cost is $8 per student entry.
  • Entry form, click here — SMF REGISTRATION – SOLO-ENS
  • For those of you that would like to do an ensemble performance (with siblings or other), use this form for that. Click here.
